Once your network is completely stable, we can offer a regular maintenance agreement plan.  A stable network consists of the following components:

• Server & workstation hardware is under current warranty coverage by the hardware vendor
• Server operating system is Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008 Server.
• Network system is protected by a hardware-based firewall.
• Server file-system and email-system (if applicable) are protected by licensed and up-to-date virus protection software
• Server is connected to a working UPS
• Server has been confirmed with proper configuration by a Central Coast Support IT Professional
• Central Coast Support is monitoring backups that have been scheduled by one of our IT professionals

Standard IT Maintenance Solutions

Option One

• Pay Per Incident
  Pay for IT maintenance as needed. The Client pays an "as needed" hourly rate based on current hourly rates. Current hourly rates for services are as follows:
  - Maintenance, Support & Training- $60/hour
  - Certified Network Administrator - $80/hour
  - Certified Network Systems Manager - $120/hour

Option Two

• Six-month Plan
  Six months maintenance assessed at $55.00 per hour assuming one-hour IT maintenance per month. 6 x 55 = $330.00. This includes:
  - Checking Backup Systems
  - Software & Hardware Updates
  - Anti-virus logs
  - Addional Maintenance, Support & Training - $55/hour
  - Certified Network Administrator - $75/hour
  - Certified Network Systems Manager - $100/hour

Option Three

• One-year Plan
  Twelve months maintenance assessed at $50.00 per hour assuming one-hour maintenance per month. 12 x 50 = $600.00.This includes:
  - Checking Backup Systems
  - Software & Hardware Updates
  - Anti-virus logs
  - Addional Maintenance, Support & Training - $55/hour
  - Certified Network Administrator - $75/hour
  - Certified Network Systems Manager - $100/hour

Two Month's Free

• Client Referral Commission Program
  The Client Referral Commission Program may be utilized whereby the Client refers our services to another party and if we ultimately establish a contract with that party, we will provide you, the Client, with two months of free Network maintenance service (one hour each month).
